Sisters – Brooklyn, NY

I walked into Sisters by accident. What started as a clear day turned rainy, and the warmth of its inviting interior pulled me inside.

That warmth carried through the welcome I received.

The menu initially drew me in, as did the enthusiasm with which the server discussed their local farms and vendors. New American in concept, with a focus on seafood and pub classics, Sisters distinguishes itself through quality. Every bite is deliberate and balanced—from the fish sandwich to the homemade pasta.

Best Bite: The vodka pasta—slightly too tart and slightly too spicy—topped with burrata that perfectly balances the dish.
